When we share information

We do not sell personal information. Details are shared only with team members and trusted service providers where needed to arrange or deliver your service, comply with law, or protect the safety of people and property. If you continue through WhatsApp, the information you send is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and service records for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, customer support, accounting, and legal obligations. We then delete or securely anonymise information that is no longer needed.

Cookies and site data

Our website may use basic technical data, such as browser and device information, to keep the site working and understand how it is used. We do not use this data to identify you personally unless you provide your details through a form.
