Terms of service
These terms set out how T.Marjode provides cleaning, fumigation, waste management, and related services.

A booking request is not confirmed until T.Marjode has reviewed the details and agreed the service date, scope, and price with you. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change where the property or requested work differs materially from that information.
Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the agreed areas and for identifying any restrictions, hazards, fragile items, or special instructions before work begins.
We complete the agreed service scope with reasonable care and skill. Work outside that scope, including additional rooms, specialist materials, severe staining, or unexpected conditions, will be discussed with you before it is added.
If you need to cancel or move a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a charge where a team, transport, or materials have already been assigned. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the applicable process.
Payment terms are confirmed before the service is delivered. Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing, payment is due in line with the invoice or booking confirmation. We may pause future services where an account remains overdue.
T.Marjode is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues caused by undisclosed property conditions. If you believe there is a problem with the service, contact us promptly so we can review it and work toward a fair resolution.
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is published on this page and applies from its stated update date.
